- Frydai — leading the build of a private AI operator for e-commerce brands: the Telegram-driven flows for competitor intel, ad creatives, and Shopify ops, plus per-customer bot provisioning.
- Marvira — the tiered e-commerce storefront platform: wiring the Django + DRF backend to per-tenant Next.js storefronts and the checkout path.
- Lucy — pushing the local-first coding agent toward a smoother first run: trimming the setup wizard and tightening the FastAPI ↔ Electron bridge so a fresh machine is productive in minutes.
- EasyBela — the catalog and orders flow for the multi-merchant marketplace: bilingual storefront polish on the Next.js side and the checkout path in the Flutter app.
Exploring
- Running larger local models on modest hardware — quantization trade-offs and streaming token UIs that still feel responsive.
- Sharpening this portfolio itself: cinematic-but-quiet motion, a black-and-gold system, and per-project case studies.
